batter.
2 inch pans should be filled 2/3 full for a 4-inch depth cake.
3 inch pans should be filled only 1/2 full
and
1-layer cake which has been torted and filled to reach a 3-inch depth.
The serving amounts for party
size portions are
approximately 1-1/2 x 2 inches
The serving amount for Wedding size
portions are approximately 1 x
2 inches.
For Pans 10" and larger,its suggested that you
use a heating core when baking if you don't have a heating
core your able to use your rose nail as one
