Cranberry Bread

1 cup Boiling water*
3/4 cup Cornmeal *
1/4 cup Honey *
2 Tablespoons Vegetable shortening*
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Cornmeal mixture
2 1/2 cups Bread flour
1 Tablespoon Yeast in the bread machine
3/4 cup Cranberries chopped

*In separate bowl mix. Allow this mixture to cool to 110 degrees (lukewarm) add all Ingredients per your bread machine.
makes a great cranberry yeast bread in a Bread Machine.
