Blonde Brownies
2 Whole Eggs
1 Box Light Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Stick Butter melted
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Pecans chopped

Beat eggs till light and foamy, add sugar; gradually add vanilla and butter. Mix
together flour baking powder salt and nuts. gradually add to moist mixture. Batter will be
stiff., but stir only with mixer. Spread mix in 13x9x4 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35min
