Refrigerate Brownies
with
Cheesecake Center
Brownie part
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoons salt
6 Tablespoons Cocoa
4 eggs beaten
3/4 cup veggie oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cheesecake filling part
3 Tablespoons softened butter
4 oz. softened cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix brownie ingredients together until blended and smooth. Fill cupcake pans, lined with
liners (I like to use the metallic one for these), 1/2 full, spoon about a heaping
teaspoon cheesecake mixture on top of brownie part and then top with about another
teaspoon of brownie mix to cover cheesecake filling completely. The muffin liner should be
about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 25 minutes or until done.
I top these with a rich chocolate buttercream made with melted chocolate or chocolate
ganache when they are cool. They really are delicious!
