Simple Brownie Torte
This is a very simple yet
delicious dessert!
1 box of brownies, any kind. I like to use dark chocolate
Follow instructions for cake like brownies.
Use 2 round pans and put half of batter in each pan. Grease well.
Bake at 350 until a little crusty.
The frosting is a 1/2 pint of whipping cream. Whip until fluffy and add about 2
teaspoons of instant coffee ( can use different flavors) and add about 1cup of sugar

I don't measure the sugar I just do it to taste. It is more of a bitter cake than sweet so
adjust to the way you like. Then just frost the first brownie cake then put second on top
and frost.
Shave a Hershey bar or your favorite chocolate bar over the top.
That’s it....very easy but it tastes great !
