Boston Cream Pie Cake
1 cup all purpose flour
6 Tablespoons margarine or butter (softened)
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 375, Grease one 9 inch round cake
pan. In large bowl, with mixer at low speed, put all ingredients in bowl and mix increase
speed to high. Beat 2 minutes. pour batter into pan.
Bake
for 25 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes, Remove from pan and cool completely. |
