Caramel Apple
1White cake mix, follow directions on box
3 egg whites
1 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup oil
THESE INGREDIENTS ARE WHAT YOU WOULD NORMALLY PUT IN A WHITE CAKE MIX (THIS
WILL VARY WITH WHAT BRAND OF CAKE MIX YOU USE) TO THIS YOU NEED TO ADD THE
FOLLOWING:
1 1/2 Tablespoons flour
1/3 cup apple pie filling (chopped in processor so the apple pieces are
smaller)
2 Tablespoons Carmel sundae topping
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp all spice
MIX ALL THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS LIKE YOU WOULD A NORMAL CAKE MIX AND POUR INTO
GREASED AND FLOURED PANS. BAKE AS NORMAL.

FOR THE FILLING YOU NEED TO USE
MORE APPLE PIE FILLING AND MIX IT WITH CARMEL, YOU CAN MIX AS MUCH AS YOU
LIKE BY USING 3 PARTS APPLE PIE FILLING TO 1 PART CARMEL. FOR INSTANCE....IF
YOU ARE USING 1 CUP OF APPLE PIE FILLING YOU WOULD USE 1/3 CUP OF CARMEL
SAUCE (IT IS BETTER IF YOU USE A CARMEL SAUCE THAT IS THICKER). MIX THIS UP
AND USE THIS AS THE FILLING. I ADD SOME CINNAMON (TO TASTE) TO MINE ALSO.
