Chocolate Chip Mint
1 box white cake mix
1 box instant white chocolate pudding
1 cup water
2 Tablespoon cream de menthe (I use DaVinci syrup)
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
3 drops green food coloring
2 Tablespoon oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Mix as you would any doctored cake. I put all wet
ingredients together and drying. together and then add those together and mix for 2 1/2
minutes.
Pour into prepared pan(s). Sprinkle chocolate chips over batter and bake. Don't mix the
chips in the batter or they'll all sink to the bottom. I tort this and fill with chocolate
ganache. To die for!
