Puerto Ricans Rum
1 package yellow cake mix
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup cold water
4 eggs
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup Puerto Rican rum/ dark

Preheat oven 325 degrees. Grease and flour bunt cake
pan. Sprinkle pecans on the bottom. Mix all other ingredients together for 2 minutes. Pour
batter in to pan. Bake 1 hour.
Invert on serving plate after it cools (10 minutes) add glaze
decorate with maraschino cherries and whipped cream. |
