Vickie's Wine
1 package white cake mix (without pudding)
4 eggs
1 Stick butter
3/4 cup Merlot (Blackberry) wine
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine all ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 5
minutes. bake in a greased angel food cake pan. Let cool for 5 minutes and turn out of pan
and place plate or cake board. Sprinkle with powder sugar.
Bake
325 degrees 40-45 minutes.
