1/3 cup sugar
2 cups cake flour
3 large eggs
12 packages of equal
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoon dry buttermilk
3/4 cup water room temperature
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon vanilla flavor

Place flour, sugar, dry buttermilk, equal, baking
soda and baking powder in mixing bowl and mix at low to blend. Beat water, oil, eggs and
vanilla together with fork to blend well and add to flour mixture. Mix at medium speed
until creamy. Pour into cake pan that has been sprayed with pan spray or greased.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
