2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup Hershey cocoa
1-1/2 teaspoon
baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoon
baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoon vanilla
extract
1 cup boiling water

1 stick butter
2/3 cup Hershey cocoa
3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
extract

Cake
Heat over to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add
eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on med. speed 2 min. Stir in boiling
water (batter will be thin) Pour into pans and bake 30-35
minutes or until done.
Frosting
melt butter and stir in cocoa. Alternately
add powdered sugar and milk beating on med. speed until consistency is
desired. Add more milk if needed. Stir in vanilla. Makes about 2 cups.
