Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In small bowl sift flour with baking soda, baking powder,
and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl beat butter and peanut butter. Add sugars gradually, beating until
light and fluffy. Beat in egg. Add dry ingredients and beat on low until well combined.
Cover cookie dough and refrigerate until chilled.
With a teaspoon shape the dough into balls and roll in sugar. Place on cookie sheet.
With fork press down crisscross on each cookie. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
Cool on rake.
When cool add a spoon of jam and top with another cookie.
