Soft White Chocolate Cookies
1 cup butter or oleo
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
small package vanilla milk chips
small package chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups pecans or walnuts
2 2/3 cups coconut

Beat butter or oleo, sugars, eggs and vanilla until
fluffy. Mix dry ingredients and blend into butter mixture.
Stir in chips, nuts and coconut. Chill 1 hour. Roll into
small balls (1/2 to 3/4-inch) and put on ungreased cookie sheet
1 inch apart. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and cool on racks. |
