Banana Pudding
Custard Filling
1 cup sugar
5 Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 banana mashed

Mix, and cook in double boiler (or microwave), until thick. Remove from heat and add:2
eggs, beaten1 tsp. vanilla Mix and continue cooking until extra thick.
