Boston Cream Filling
2 cups milk
2 large egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tablespoon Cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

In heavy 2 quart pan mix milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt, egg yolks. Cook over medium
low heat, until mixture thickens and boils 1 minute stir in vanilla.
