Butter Pecan Mousse Filling
3/4 cup pecan's
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon butter melted
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup whipped cream
2 (8 ounce) cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Coat pecans with butter bake on a baking sheet at 350 degrees. About 5 minutes until
toasted. chop finely. Set aside. Beat cream cheese beat in sugar and vanilla , whipped
cream and pecans chopped. |
