Coconut Cream Filling

1/3 cup Sugar
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 cups Milk
2 Egg yolks
1/2 cup Shredded coconut
1/4 cup Cream cheese
3/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon Coconut flavoring
