Ganache Filling
1/2 cup Heavy cream
1/4 cup Sour cream
9 ounces Semisweet chocolate finely chopped

Bring the cream to simmer. Remove from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Pour the
mixture over the chocolate in a glass bowl, and stir until smooth.
