Guava Rum Filling

1 cup fresh guava puree
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 lb. cream cheese softened
1/3 cup rum
1 Tablespoon grated lemon zest
2 teaspoon vanilla


 

 

To make puree, cut guavas in half scoop out pulp. Put in blender. Cream cheese together with sugar and eggs, rum and vanilla, and guava, greeted lemon zest. Mix all together until smooth or mixed well.
