Kaluaha Mousse Filling
(Diabetic)
1/3 cup Kaluaha Cafe instant coffee beverage
2 Tablespoons hot water
2 1/2 cups skim milk
1 package (8 ounce size) chocolate fat free sugar free instant pudding mix
1 small container of reduced fat whipping cream

Dissolve instant coffee in water in a medium mixing bowl. Pour milk into coffee mixture,
stir to mix. Whisk in pudding mix and beat for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped cream and mix.
Chill for at least 2 hours or until able to spread on the cake.
