Lane Filling
8 egg yolks
2 Tablespoon brandy
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon water
1/2 lb. butter soften
1/2 cup candied cherries finely chopped
1 cup raisins coarsely chopped
1 cup pecans chopped
1/2 cup coconut shredded

Place egg yolks and sugar in sauce pan. Beat with mixer until blended. Add Butter. Cook
and beat over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens. Remove from heat
pour into mixing bowl, and cool slightly. Add brandy and water stir in fruits, pecans,
coconut. |
