Lemon Filling

3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 Tablespoon all purpose flour
1 cup whipped cream
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup orange juice
2 Tablespoon grated orange zest

 

In a saucepan over medium heat mix the white sugar, flour, orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice and the egg. Cook until thicken. Remove from heat and let cool completely before folding in the whipped cream.

Enough for 2- 9 inch rounds.
