Mandarin Orange White Chocolate Filling

10 ounce white chocolate
2 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges
2 cups real whipping cream
3 Tablespoon orange liqueur or orange juice

 


 
Drain oranges, puree them. Melt chocolate over low heat with 1/2 cup whipping cream stir until smooth. Cool. whip remaining cream until light fold in to cooled white chocolate add mandarin oranges mix well. cool 1 hour until mixture is like frosting.
