Peanut Butter Cup
Filling
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tablespoon soft butter
Mix all ingredients on low speed till combined.
1 teaspoon Vanilla

There is something I've been wanting to try for awhile, once I test it out I'll let you
know how it works. The Sarah Bernhardt chocolate glaze I use from Alice Medrich's book
"Cocolat" makes a great fudge icing if you let it set completely, I am thinking
I could use the same recipe, but substitute Reese's peanut butter chips in place of the
semi-sweet chocolate chips. I'll get back to you on it.
