Semi Sweet Chips Filling
2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips or any Flavor
13 oz evaporated milk

Combine yolks and sugar, mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and cook over moderate
heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Cook for five minutes more. Cool before
spreading on cake.
