3/4 cup hot water
4 Tablespoon meringue powder (dissolve)
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups sifted powder sugar
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/3 cup glucose

 

 


Beat until quite stiff then for soft add glycerin and mix in well.
2 Tablespoon glycerin hot weather
3 Tablespoon glycerin cold weather
