Irish Coffee Icing

Here's another good one; especially if the sides of the cake are garnished with chocolate sprinkles or melted chocolate piped in big swirls on top of the cake or chocolate garnishes of any kind!

1 Tablespoon instant coffee
2 2/3 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons Irish Whiskey
2/3 cup softened butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Stir instant coffee into Irish Whiskey until coffee is dissolved. Beat coffee mixture, powdered sugar, softened butter and vanilla until smooth.
