Cream Cheese Glaze
1/4 cup Cream cheese, at room temperature
2 Tablespoon Confectioners sugar
1 Tablespoon Water

At high speed, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add water and continue beating
until combined. Drizzle over cake.
