Rose Wine Glaze

3/4 cup Apple jelly
1 Tablespoon Rose wine
1 Tablespoon Sugar

 

Heat all ingredients in heavy small saucepan over low heat, swirling pan occasionally, until jelly melts and sugar dissolves. Increase heat and boil until syrupy, about 6 minutes.

Makes about 3/4 cup.
