Pumpkin Pie Sugar free

2 cups canned pumpkin
3/4 cup honey
1-1/2 cups evaporated skim milk
2 large eggs
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ginger
1 9 inch pie shell

 

 

 

Preheat oven to 450 degree

Brush pie lightly with egg white. Beat eggs with honey and spices Turn the mixture into crust and bake until knife inserted comes out clean, or about 30 minutes
