Raisin Pie
1 1/2 cups Brown sugar
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Lemon peel
2 cups Water
2 cups Chopped Raisins
1 Uncooked 9-inch pie shell

Mix sugar, flour and salt. Add lemon juice, peel, water and raisins. Cook over boiling
water for 15 minutes. When cool, pour into pie shell. Cover with lattice top. Bake 10
minutes at 450F (230C). Reduce heat to 350F (175C) for 30-40 minutes. |
