These cakes have been decorated by Karen Williams a friend that wanted to learn how to decorate cakes after watching me for about a year and doing things to help me when I had family cakes to decorate.

Karen said one day she wanted to learn how to decorate. I told her I would not teach her until she got the basics. Wanted to see how motivated she really was at wanting to learn this..

Karen Bit what do I need to do?? I told her take Wilton Classes.. First words out of her mouth "I am not doing this by myself" Anyone that knows Karen can hear her saying this now.. LOL.. So I enrolled in to classes with her. LOL.

Karen is a mother of 3 grown boys Jared - Josh - Jessie. Two of the boys are Ex Military, she is also married to a wonderful man (Greg). Karen only decorates for family!!
