Corn Bread

I asked a certain restaurant for their cornbread recipe. It tastes like a dessert! Very moist and yummy!

7 eggs
1 cup corn oil
2 cans creamed corn
2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 ½ tablespoons sugar
1 pound corn bread mix (2 boxes)

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9X13 pan and set aside. Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and beat slightly. Add all wet ingredients to the eggs and blend well using a wire whip. Add dry ingredients and mix until all ingredients are moist (there may be some lumps - this is okay). Avoid over-mixing. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in hot oven for one hour until golden brown and knife comes out clean when inserted in middle. Slice and serve warm.
