Bottle of Brandy Satin Ice or Fondant Soaked Cherries
Chocolate Melts Cherry Juice Candy Mold

 
Soak Cherries in what ever brandy or rum you would like for at least 24 hours if not longer.. Reserve the cherry juice that was in the jar for the fondant.

Take a ball of Satin Ice or Fondant and place it in a double boiler and melt the fondant adding some of the cherry juice.

Melt your chocolate melts in a double boiler.

Make your outer shell of the mold and place it in the frigerator   Once the shell is hard add your filling and your soaked cherry.

Cover the bottom of the cherry. Place back in the frigerator till they are set.

Once set pop out of the mold and place in your mini papers.
Place in a sealed box or container and place back in the frigerator for at least a week before you give them to anyone.
You want them to liquefy with the fondant to make it creamy. 
You can also make these with out any alcohol if you choose so.
