Most of my experience has been in the catering industry.  I owned an operated a full service events planning company (catering, bands, decorating, the whole nine yards) in NC since 1993.  I then moved to California in late 2001.  After a 4 year hiatus, I jumped back into the catering scene in my local area.

 

I began cake decorating in March 2003.  I love it!  I used to have to hire out my cake work for my catering company.  Now I can do a lot of it myself.  It's very satisfying.
