Molded Baby


 
 
 

Roll a ball for body. 50/50 gumpaste and fondant

 
Roll body in to a log with bit narrow towards front

 
Amount needed for legs

  
Roll legs and bend for foot

 
Add feet to side of body with egg white

 
Amount needed for arms

 
Roll arms

 
Attach arms to front side of body with egg white

 
Amount needed for head roll in to ball

 
Indent forehead with finger

Add your face

  
Insert sugar stick in to body to hold neck.
On this one I used a toothpick but you should not use.

 
Add head


Size to make ears

 
Add ear with a bit of egg white and then poke and push to make a ear hole.

 
Noise

  
Add noise with a bit of egg white

 
Hands

 
Roll hands in to cone and narrow at one end and flatten at other other end. At this point you would put the fingers in you cut them with scissors but I am not able to make them work so mine don’t get fingers.

  
With your cel stick push a hold in to arm for hand.

 
Insert a bit of egg white in hole and then out the narrow end of hand in to the hole.

 
Hair or not either way.
to add string look run something sharp down.

 
Add a bit of egg white to top of head and add hair.

 
To add to butt you can do what ever you want I cut a medium heart and then traced with the wheel around it to give it a stitch look. Attached with a bit of egg white.

 
Add two pea size balls to top of heart with a bit of egg white.

  
Finished Gumpaste Baby. If you were to make a boy you would do the same thing except you would do it in blue.. if you don’t know the sex of the baby you could do it in yellow ect..
