Honey
Paste
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Knox gelatin
1 tablespoon glycerin
4 to 6 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon shortening
a few drops of your favorite flavoring
enough powder sugar until it's no longer sticky.
I got this recipe from an Argentinean cake decorating magazine. Looks very
interesting, if somebody tries it let us know.

In a double broiler place the water and sprinkle the gelatin. Careful not to
over heat the water. Add honey, glycerin and shortening. Stir with a spoon
until everything is dissolved. Let the mixture cool a bit. Make a circle of
powder sugar on the counter and put the honey mixture in the center and
start mixing and kneading the paste, keep adding more sugar until it's no
longer sticky. It can be used immediately. Keep refrigerated when not in
use. (The magazine tells you to cover cakes with it)
