I was able to take a Nicholas Lodge Class Feb 2005.
Nick tough a group of us Ladycaker's how to make a Gum Paste Rose. While in Nick's Studio we were given the permission to take photos of all of the cakes and flowers that were on display. I thought I would share with you all the beautiful cakes and flowers you can learn to do if you take classes from Nicholas Lodge.
