Oreo Truffles

Makes: 60 truffles
Ingredients:
1 pkg. any flavor oreo cookies
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. melting chocolate

Preparation:
Crush all the cookies into medium/fine crumbs. Mix crumbs with
softened cream cheese. Form into small balls about the size of
cherries. For best results, freeze formed balls to make dipping into
the melted chocolate easier.
When frozen, dip into chocolate and place on wax paper to harden. You
can also freeze them.
