Preheat
oven to 350'. Spray bundt pan with non stick spray. Combine all
ingredients until well mixed. Reserve 1/2 nuts. Pour into pan and
sprinkle with other 1/2 nuts. Bake for about 50 minutes until
toothpick comes out clean.
Praline Sauce:
Cook over medium-high heat until boiling; stir constantly to
dissolve sugars. Reduce heat. Cook and stir 5 minutes more or until
slightly thickened. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Serve warm.
I hope this helps. You might be able to do it in a pan other than the
one called for. If it has to be flipped out onto a board, be careful.
This
sauce will run.
Can't Find praline cake
mix??
I take a white or yellow cake
mix and crush pecans in the food processor and add them in addition to
the chopped nuts, also a little Wilton butter flavoring to the mix
won't hurt.
