Ice cake sides and background smooth. Outline animals with tip 4. Pipe tip 4 dots on brontosaurus (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Use tip 4 to outline mouths and pipe dot eyes; add tip 3 teeth. Pipe tip 104 ruffle around stegosaurus neck. Build up horn on stegosaurus with tip 16 and cover both all dinosaurs with tip 16 stars. Add tip 16 pull-out star ears on stegosaurus and tip 16 pull-out star spine on T-Rex. Pipe in tree trunks with tip 10; add tip 67 pull-out leaves to trees, on ground and below dinosaurs. Pipe tip 10 zigzag puff in sky and around top half of bottom border; add tip 67 pull-out leaf bottom half of bottom border.
