Bake and cool cake. Trim waves off cake bottom; cut
ears off bears and giraffes. Ice sides and background areas of cake smooth with
spatula. Outline sleigh with Tip 3; cover with Tip 16 stars. Pipe-in Tip 12
Santa's face. Add Tip 7 dot nose. Outline eyes and pipe-in mouth with Tip 3.
Pipe Tip 8 zigzag presents (smooth with finger dipped in cornstarch). Pipe Tip
47 smooth side up ribbons on presents; add Tip 7 string bows. .Pipe Tip 12 arms
and hat. Add Tip 9 mittens. Pipe Tip 7 beard, moustache, fur on hat and cuffs.
Edge top of sleigh with Tip 8 zigzags. Pipe Tip 2
outline snowflakes, print Tip 3 message. Add Tip 8 ball bottom border.
Trace runner pattern on cardboard; cut out and wrap
with Fanci-Foil. Attach lollipop sticks to backs of runner with tape and insert
into cake. Position candy canes.
