Rolo cake

I made a Rolo cake for my hubby's birthday last week and it was soooo good. He just loved it! All I did was I made up a chocolate cake mix using a 9" round. I layered it with chocolate mousse and caramel and crumb coated with a thin layer of chocolate buttercream, followed by a chocolate ganache. Drizzled it with more caramel and added rolos to the top. Very good. Make sure the caramel is not too thin, cause I noticed that my bottom layer got a bit wet cause it was a bit too thin. yummy!
