Stay Ice is a Icing Stabilizer ... It helps with the icing not to melt in the humidly... It is a white powder you add to your butter cream icing....

You use 2 Tablespoons per double batch
(I use 2T you will have to play with it for your area. I also run it thought a strainer when adding it to my icing so its finer.)

Ingredients: Sugar , Non Fat Milk Solids , Wheat Starch , Salt , Vegetable Shorting , Lecithin , Polysorbate 60 , Egg Sibumen , Monostearate, Artifical Flavor.
